The floor was covered in sun-faded stains, but with careful sanding and layered finish coats of water-based Bona, we were able to amplify the wood's natural grain and restore its rich, historic charm. The result is a smooth, vibrant floor that highlights the character and timeless beauty of this classic wood.
This 1,026 sq. ft. red oak hardwood floor was completely transformed in just five days. Our team expertly sanded and stained the hardwood with a rich Coffee Brown stain and water-based finish, highlighting the natural grain and depth of the wood. While working around many grooves and closets, the team still provided seamless results. The result is a smooth, durable, and beautifully uniform floor that adds elegance to this entire space.
This challenging pre-finished floor, marred with stains and scratches was completely transformed in just four days. We carefully sanded and restored the surface, applying a rich Golden Pecan stain to bring out the warmth.
